New Treatment For Vardenafil With Dapoxetine Claims
Vardenafil With Dapoxetine: Premature ejaculation is an overwhelmingly common male sexual disorder – with studies reporting that up to thirty percent of men routinely ejaculate quicker than they’d like. Despite its prevalence however, no medication has either been specifically developed to combat the problem or gained official approval for its treatment…that is until now.
Dapoxetine Hydrochloride, a new drug developed by Janssen Pharmaceutica claims to significantly delay ejaculation in men suffering from PE.
One very large double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase III trial involving 2614 men suffering from premature ejaculation published in The Lancet medical journal reported that men given 60mg of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride 1 – 3 hours before sex more than tripled their time to reach climax.
The average time to reach orgasm prior to the trial was 0.91 minutes. Whilst following treatment the average length of penetrative sex was 3.32 minutes. The researchers conclude that the groups treat with Dapoxetine Hydrochloride has shown significantly greater improvement than those give a placebo and that the medication was a well tolerate and effective treatment in those suffering from moderate to severe premature ejaculation.
The above results regarding the effectiveness of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride were further corroborate by a smaller. But equally objective study published in the journal of the American College of Neuropsychopharmacology in 2008. This double-blind, placebo-controlled trial involved 212 sufferers of premature ejaculation. Half of whom were given 30mg of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride twice a day. Whilst the control group were give a placebo. At the end of the 12 week trial, those taking the Dapoxetine experienced a 2.9 fold increase in their ‘Intravaginal ejaculatory latency time’. Or in other words, they were able to delay ejaculation following penetration for almost triple their initial time.
Vardenafil With Dapoxetine Hydrochloride is a short acting medication. Which studies claim is effective in doses of just 30mg when taken orally 1 – 3 hours before sex. The medication is also available in 60mg tablets – although the reported benefits of the additional dose seem to be negligible.
The drug is intend to taken when require, as opposed to every day. Studies report that it is well tolerate by the majority of men. Although mild side effects including nausea, headaches and dizziness have reported. However, the medication is also eliminate from the body within 24 hours. And as such, these side effects, should they occur, should be transient. Men are also advice to avoid taking alcohol if they intend to take a dose of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride.
